We wouldn’t recommend wearing it on Ninety Mile Beach in the blistering sun, but we would definitely recommend it in the Tararua and on Mount Tongariro. It’s PERFECT for section hikers – depending on the section and the season. It’s also perfect as a memento of the trail and for wearing on a regular tramp. Please read the size guide. This shirt is long and perfect for wearing with buckles.
